How to Send-to-Kindle

First of all, what is Send-to-Kindle?

In case you don’t know, Send-to-Kindle is a way provided by Amazon to add books and documents to your Amazon account that can then be automatically synced to your Kindle devices.

There a a number of manual methods, but to make things a bit easier you can send books that you have access to on Ampliphy.me directly to your Amazon account.

To enable this feature, follow these steps:

Step 1

Log into the Amazon account that is associated with your Kindle device/s and then go to this page .
Click on Personal Document Settings . Under “Approved Personal Document E-mail List”, click on Add a new approved e-mail address and add sendtokindle@ampliphy.me .

Step 2

Under “Send-to-Kindle E-Mail Settings” you should see a table of all of your Kindle devices. Pick your main device and copy it’s E-mail address.
If you also want your books to be added to your Amazon account and synced to all of your devices you can enable archiving under “Personal Document Archiving”.

Step 3

Log into your Ampliphy.me account and go to Settings, then Account and then paste in your Kindle’s e-mail address under “Send-to-Kindle E-Mail Address”. Finally, click on the Save button and you’re done. A button should now appear on all book pages for books that you have access to to send said book to your Kindle device!
